Everything produced by humans is vandalism on the planet already....so, reasonably, why not vandalize the human made structure. That's why I can't see graffiti ever dying: as long as there are humans defacing the planet, there will be outlaw humans who will deface the man made structure. Believe me, a 1000 years from now it will still be happening.
