why would you wanna do all those body weight exercises for its a waste of time. if you wanted 6 pack abs. all you gotta do is use weight.like decline 1/2 situps i use a back pack full of 110lbs. and i tie weight on my feet for lying leg lifts.you should be using weight in your chins and pull ups as well.body weight exercises are a waste of time. there for people who are to out of shape and fat and senior citizens
